Abstract

From the five real problems of memory engineering, through harness optimization in the open-source terminal project con, to layered context continuity for multi-human multi-agent collaboration and building an organization that never forgets.

Details

In this talk, Siwei will cover three threads:

Memory engineering: the evolution of memory systems and five real problems — what to remember, how to retrieve, the two notions of time, evolution, and forgetting.

Harness optimization: using the open-source terminal project con as an example — doing auto-research-style complex-system and problem optimization work before the term "loop engineering" existed: context is properly retained, and complex goals can be engineered and optimized by agentic systems.

Organizations are the most complex goal of all: using neo-corp.co as a blueprint, discussing the levels of context continuity in multi-human, multi-agent collaboration, and how to build a company that never loses its memory.
